Impact of the aqueous extract of the bark of Sclerocarya birrea on the lipid membrane structure hepatocytes Wistar rats

Abstract

The researchers in this work set out to analyse
how different water-based extracts from the stem
bark of Sclerocarya birrea affected the lipid
membrane structure of hepatocytes in Wistar rats.
We followed Bintou M.'s (2010) instructions to
make an aqueous extraction using powdered dry
bark of Sclerocarya birrea for this purpose. The
biochemical testing of serum transaminase was
the next step.
